The "ghost" was none other than Seth's former partner, Mr. X. He had been using special effects and tricks to create the illusion of a haunting, hoping to scare people away and buy the Haveli cheaply.

Chacha and Sabrina foiled Mr. X's plans, and the Haveli was saved. As they left, Sabrina wagged her tail, and Chacha smiled, "Another case closed, my dear Sabrina. Now, let's head back home and celebrate with some treats!"
